Placing My First Order

2. Give us special instructions (Front desk, Call before you arrive, Placed bag outside of door, etc…)
3. Use a promo code if applicable and place your order!

A driver will be notified instantly and arrive with sustainable bags to collect your items.

Tracking My Order

Instantly know the status of your order, every step of the way. Receive an email receipt itemizing your order and pricing information. We provide email and SMS notifications when your order is picked up and ready for delivery.

What Happens Next

All orders are available for next day delivery.

Where Do You Clean MY Clothes

We only partner with high quality, experienced, and reliable cleaning partners. It’s important that we’re deeply integrated to ensure we don’t miss a beat.

What if I miss my pickup or delivery

Not to worry! Our drivers will try and contact you at least two times before canceling or rescheduling your order. In the event you must cancel after your driver is on the way, there will be a $3.99 cancellation fee. In order to reschedule, please contact our support team.

Do I need to separate colored garments

No need to separate your laundry. All sorting will be done at our facility.

Do I separate laundry from dry cleaning

Yes, please notify your driver which bag includes your dry cleaning. When your order is delivered, a driver will give you a sustainable hanging bag free of charge.

How do I pay

After your order is delivered you will be charged automatically to the card associated with your account. You also have the option to store additional credit cards, which can be managed in the “Payments” portion of your app. We do not accept cash.

My card was declined

We all forget to update our billing information from time to time. First, please check your credit card information in the “Payment” section of the app. If your method of payment is declined, a Support Team Member will notify you via email and by phone. A $10.00 Declined Card Fee will be applied to your account with a 3% processing fee if declined charge lasts more than 24 hours.
